Lyndsey always loved yoga and the sense of community that came along with it. It wasn’t until she began battling serious health issues that yoga took on a different meaning and her practice began to deepen. Lyndsey’s interest in yoga deepened so much that she soon found herself immersed in a 600 hour yoga therapy and 200 hour yoga teacher training. Her intention is to help other’s improve their daily life & well being through the power of yoga. She feels yoga strengthens our awareness to what’s happening now, and that is the part she absolutely LOVES.

Yoga has shown her the power of vulnerability, understanding that 'living life outside our comfort zones can be rewarding and life changing.'

She finds the yoga community to be very special. Balance & Brews helps strengthen this community by bringing good people together (all while sharing a tasty Cleveland brewed beer)! 'The Balance & Brews community has always been heartfelt and welcoming - it's what keeps me coming back.'

Lyndsey has a love for porters and stouts and loves the Cleveland brewery scene! In addition to yoga & beer, she enjoys traveling as much as possible and taking daily walks along Lake Erie with her 2 dogs.

“It doesn't interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for, and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart's longing. It doesn't interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dream, for the adventure of being alive” - The Invitation by Oriah Mountain Dreamer
