Jennifer found the practice of yoga through encouragement of a friend. Instantly falling in love with the new experience. Over 10 years of exploring and learning a personal practice, she decided to complete a 300 hour hatha program through Centerpeace yoga and wellness. My goal is to bring the knowledge of this unique and ancient practice to those who think it is out of their reach. Like everything in life and this planet, we are all connected. By sharing my knowledge of anatomy and physiology of human body and linking the practice of yoga, I hope to show people how to live well.
