BRITTANY CIESLIK

You can find Brittany with a big smile on her face as she is flowing through her yoga practice. She keeps that fun and loving energy on and off of the mat, always having a good time. She tries to find the magic in everything and keep an open mind and open heart to all life experiences.

After her first Balance and Brews event she was in love with all the new places it allowed her to take her yoga practice. Plus drinking beer after class was an added bonus! She has been to many B&B events and loves the community and experience that Melissa creates through all of her events.

Brittany began her yoga journey in 2014. She was intrigued by the beauty and challenge of the yoga postures and wanted to see what her body and mind were capable of. Instantly she was hooked on the practice and realized it was so much more than just the beautiful asanas. With yoga she found her breath, presence, love and an amazing yoga community. Looking to deepen her yoga practice and dig deeper within herself she enrolled in a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Prana Yoga and Dance studio. Brittany wants to share the magic of yoga with others. Whether it’s taking one of her classes or suggesting a class to a friend she wants people to feel all the magical good vibes that yoga can bring.

My cats; Abraham and Benjamin. Yoga; simply breathing, moving and flowing fills my heart up more than I would have ever thought. Making connections with beautiful souls and collaborating and supporting one another.

The Office and Seinfeld

A favorite local spot?

I am a dive bar girl, but I do love a good brewery especially when yoga is involved.

What do you love about Balance & Brews?

I love that Balance and Brews provides you the opportunity practice yoga in so many different spaces. I have made my way to so many breweries that I probably would have never been to, if I wasn’t getting my yoga on at them. I love the idea of finding the balance between work and play. First we put in the work on our mats and then get to enjoy beer, how fun! I also love the sense of community that Balance and Brews brings, so many beer yogis coming together doing what we love.

What's a dream vacation spot?

Just give me mountain views.
